Ginger's is my #1 pick for a Baltimore hair cut. Their prices are reasonable and their service is terrific. The salon is owned and run by Ginger and her husband Michael. I know that they have two dog which shows how friendly they are. Ginger's doesn't make you feel rushed since it is small and private-owned. I can go in and tell them what I want and they will do it just as I want it! They also offer coloring and tanning. An appointment is needed, here is the number...410-321-1220.
