you can hear your neighbor going to bathroom so you have zero privacy
you are not allowed to use the lawn and if you do and make a spot on it you will be fined
they allow pets but they are not to use the lawn whatsoever at all
there is favoritism; if you are not a close friend with the management you will not count and any and all complaints will be turned on you so keep your mouth shut if you live here and just deal with it
repairs are never made to the inside of the apartments until you leave, then all the upgrades happen
overall it's a facade that is not very nice to live in
NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE YOU NEVER FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN YOUR HOME, but you do feel like you fork out thousands and you're stuck in a lease in a prison
