Babylon jewelry has been in business in the San Diego area since 1947, passing years of craftsmanship and know-how down to owner and third-generation jeweler David Dehessy. That knowledge, combined with a keen sense of customer service, explains why he has a ?Best Of San Diego? award hanging in his store. Dehessy and Babylon have been at this location in the Rancho San Diego Towne Center since 1999 as buyers, sellers and traders of fine jewelry.
Inside the store, the subtle glow of gold mixes with the sparkle of diamonds to create a very intimate atmosphere; one that a customer can feel comfortable in trying to find that perfect item for a loved one. And in addition to just sales and design, Babylon has a capable staff proficient in repairing items. That staff is helpful and friendly, showing a no-pressure customer service that is becoming hard to find in some of the larger chain jewelers.
