I had used this cleaner in the past for shirt pressing, but this was the first time for an alteration. Took in 3 brand new curtains to be shortened and pressed. Morning after picking them up, noticed that two were fine, but one was cut too short and was uneven. When taking it down, also noticed burn marks on back of curtain. Went in and was told that they did not burn the curtains, and it wasn't their fault. Just asked for a refund, since the curtain was also cut too short. They told me "" no refunds"". They also claimed that I must have burned the curtains myself and that is why the curtains were now too short- that I shrunk them. I reminded them that I had the curtains for less than 24 hours, and since they had steamed the curtains, why would I need to iron them? They refused to give any refund for the damaged curtain and told me it was not their problem.
