I have rented from Party Palace twice for two formal events. On both occassions, I went to the rental office in Orange, CA to place my order and the salesperson was very helpful and thorough. The rental items are very reasonably priced, were delivered exactly on time and in great condition.
On both occassions, Party Palace gave me a 1 hour drop-off and pick-up window and they met that timeframe each time. During all of the stress and details of event planning, it is so helpful to have a vendor deliver their good/service when they committed to do so.
I have rented: large white tents. cocktail tables, round dining tables, chairs and linens. All the items were clean, damage-free, the linens were clean and pressed perfectly. I will definitely continue to utilize Party Palace for future events!
