Review content:
I took my car into Caanan Auto yesterday, requesting repair work to be performed under warranty. I gave the owner, Josh, the warranty papers and we clearly discussed the requirement to have the work authorized before any repair work could be done. Josh assured me numerous times he had received authorization and it was 100% covered. Day two - I received a call from Josh saying it wasn't covered under warranty and that I needed to pay him $517.87 to get my car back. He admitted that he never actually called the warranty company until after he had done the work and just expected me to pay regardless. He ended up removing the parts he had put in (another couple of hours) and giving me my car back. This is not just bad business practice, but dishonest.
