Review content:
This is my first review I ever had to write about a company. Be aware of the reasons you are taking your car in to this place because your ticket will grow without you knowing it and some repairs you ask to get replace will not be done. It was my mistake for believing that you could trust a certified machanic to do the right work on your car. Instead my car was passed off to another machanic who was not supervised. When I got my car back it was the end of the business day and that following night my car stop as i was driving to work (I didn't drive my car a mile cause the shop is next to my house). The car was towed back to the place and the next morning the machanic who was suppose to do the job in the first placed said the part they replace (timing belt) slip off. It cause serious damage to my car. I was standed for six days without a car and they offered nothing. I was not informed about what was going on with my car except the part is not in. I had to called them. I got 2 call backs in six days. I recieved a bunch of I'm sorry for the problem with the car and I will work you out a deal. Now instead of them honoring their mistakes they charged me for more money and implied that it was my cars faulty parts. My car was working fine when I took it to them now im scared to take it down the street and it breaking down again. Now, I have the spend more money to let someone else check my car. Next time before I go to anyone I will check if all their machanic are certified first. Also, they are not certified with the bureau . Check it out for yourself on the Bureau's website. BE SAFE AND BEWARE!
