Review content:
I would never recommend this store for anything. Their customer service is extremely poor. I ordered a replacement pool table felt for my table on November 8th and was told that it would be in on November 11th. Still to this day, November 23rd, I have not received my felt or been offered a refund. When I call in to check on the status I am told every excuse/reason in the book.
