Recently I was told that my little 3.5 lb maltese had glaucoma in one eye. It was devastating as the alternatives for treatment are not great and very expensive. Dr. Jackson offered me not only all of the options for treatment, but was incredibly kind, empathic and sincere. Within a couple of days I had decided upon surgical treatment (with Dr. Jackson as the surgeon). As upsetting as it was, I had complete confidence in Dr. Jackson and her abiltiy to handle my dog with the utmost of care. In fact, she called me in the middle of surgery because she had found what may have been a growth. Fortunately it was not and the surgery appears to be a success. My little dog was wagging her tail within hours and I have every reason to believe she'll be okay. Since her surgery a week ago Dr. Jackson has called me almost every day to see how she is. They're not just ""follow up"" calls, but calls of genuine concern. The CVC is a wonderful facility with wonderful doctors and techs, but Dr. Jackson is Bailey's special doctor. Pros: Caring, Sincere
