I hate to write a bad review, especially for a nice person. But my hair was really ruined by a stylist here. I do not exaggerate. I wanted a new kind of highlights that gently fade in at the ends of the hair, and I wanted a trim for my bob haircut. In retrospect, a single process color, carefully placed, would have done the trick. I showed a picture and discussed the the color with the stylist. What I got were very bleached out (green) highlights all over that started in a super straight line about 1 1/5 inches down from my roots. I also got a really, really uneven and bad chop job, where one side was layered in a straight line at my ear. I asked for a fix of the color right then and there, and she toned it down. Still so bad I had to come in the next day again. Still bad. I finally went to another stylist for a fix. But my hair will be growing out for months, if not a year. Again, the stylist could not have been a nicer person. That's why I feel so bad I don't want to name her. But this is just not right. I've learned my lesson. When I called, they asked if I wanted the person who'd given me a facial a year ago to do my hair. Why didn't that tip me off??
