THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!!
Let me start off by saying this company fed me SO many lies about being honest, how they were different from the other companies. I dealt with Rocky who said he would ""fight for me"" because he knows the stresses of moving. After much research and reading their reviews and listening to them tell me how great of a company they were I signed up with them....
THEN THREE DAYS BEFORE MY MOVE, a woman named Laura calls me to ""confirm my move"" She ends up giving me a different quote that's $200 more! I said NO WAY Rocky quoted me differently. She tells me shes going to call me back....
THEN.. Rocky calls me back, suddenly the truck that was supposed to come for my move in 3 days is ""broken"" if I want my stuff moved by them I have to move TONIGHT (less than 24 hour notice) AND I HAVE TO PAY THEM OVER $400 MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL AMOUNT!!
WHAT A SCAM! When Laura calls me that morning the trucks seemed to be fine, but they wanted that extra money and now their trucks are suddenly broken! WHY am I being punished for THEIR malfunction??
THEN to make matters worse I try calling Ben their supervisor who WON'T GET ON THE PHONE WITH ME OR CALL ME BACK! I tell you what THEY SCAMMED ME OF my $500 DEPOSIT AND don't even have the nerve to call me back and talk to me.
Last minute I had to scramble and get a new moving company because these people are SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE LIES THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
