Lake Carlton Arms has been my home since 1995 and I love it here. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and that they always come right away if you need something fixed in your apartment. Carlton Arms really offers a lot of things that other apartments wouldn't do, and that makes a big difference when you can't do things yourself. -Barbara-
