Review content:
We took my wife's Highlander to Boulder Toyota for scheduled maintenance and some additional service (to the tune of ~$2000). Part of the standard service was replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Later, when we brought the vehicle to Grease Monkey for an oil change, we found out they never replaced the cabin filter cover and broke off/removed all the clips that attach the engine cover. If you pay exorbitant dealer service fees you would hope they at least know what they are doing.
