Ate at this restaurant last night.. since it had rained, the restaurant itself had only about 8 tables. We were seated and quickly placed our drink and food order given that we were hungry... half an hour passed by and our appetizer was nowhere to be found (mind you the table next to us had arrived at the same time and their nacho appetizer had already arrived)... we asked the waiter about our spring rolls.. he went to the kitchen to check, came back and said they were finished... ok, no problem, just bring us the food... about 20 minutes later.. the food for the table next to us arrived... (they had ordered after us)... waiter waiter where is our food??? ... he came back to tell us that HE HAD FORGOTTEN TO PLACE OUR ORDER !!! We had been waiting there starving for 50 minutes for NOTHING... he quickly apologized and said that it would only take 10 more minutes to cook (our food consisted of a steak fajita and hamburger!)... When the food arrived, instead of the fajitas I got chicken tacos???? and the hamburger didn't come with french fries... when we asked about the fries.. he told us the kitchen had closed !!! The manager gave us at the end 50% discount, even though I wouldn't have paid them a penny... Lincoln road is full of restaurant, next time we'll go somewhere were our business is appreciated. #restaurantfail
