i recently got a new phone. and had issues with AT&T and transfering the number. it was such a confusing, annoying drawn out task. i went into the verizon store, which is now located off causeway blvd in front of Lowe's, and the place was packed. yet, the staff immediately greeted me and was very helpful. they gave me a number i could call to instantly get my number changed over. i walked outside to make the call as it was quite noisy inside. while i was outside, it started to rain. i went to stand under the alcove. i was wearing flip flops. when i went to walk back in, i slipped and fell bc the entry is wood before it turns to carpet. before i could even blink, literally, there was a manager's hand holding out to me asking me if i was okay. and an associate was right behind her. she directed another associate to immediately get the wet floor signs and towel to wipe up the little water i had dragged in. while i did hurt my toe, the staff made sure i was comfortable and if i needed to file a report. i didn't. i just stubbed my toe and i was the one dragging in the water. after confirming my number transfer at the desk, before leaving the person who was helping me double checked to ask if i was okay and apologized for the incident that occured. despite that, this store rocks and i will definitely be going back if i need anything. GREAT CARING SERVICE!
