I called Just Drains after they were recommended by a plumber friend. I had a slow moving kitchen drain and had called Eagle Drains to come and unclog it. A young man from that company dumped chemicals into my drain (!!) causing it to clog completely. He then asked to borrow my plunger and my bucket and proceeded to disassemble my drain pipe without removing any of the items in the cabinet beneath the sink. He flooded the cabinet with (now chemical filled) water, ruining some items. He reassembled the drain pipe and left it leaking and ignored me when I pointed this out. He then borrowed my ladder and climbed on the roof to try and snake the drain through the vent pipe. When this didn't work he said ""I don't know what to tell you"" and he left.
I called Just Drains and Kyle arrived within the hour. He had everything fixed and in excellent working order in less than 20 minutes. When I complained about the other company out of frustration, he remained professional and didn't say anything bad about them. He also gave me advice about how to maintain my sewer drain pipe which has roots growing in it.
Excellent company - absolutely recommend them!
