Review content:
I had an emergency situation with water flowing from the toilet into the basement. The main line was plugged up and water could not get out of the house. The Sump pump would recycle the water from the basement, to the toilet, on the main level floor, then back to the basement. Called Just Drains, thoroughly explained the situation then asked them to come out and unplug the mainline. I paid them upfront on my CC to be sure to get someone out. The Plumber Frank C. came out to look at the problem. Frank quickly decided he could not fix the problem and he left. I had to call out another company to help. Called the manager Leon and asked him can I have a refund from the non-service call. We had a conversation about the situation which led to Leon hanging up on me and saying he did not want to deal with me.
