Do not ever use this dry cleaner! We were regular and loyal customers for a long time (despite minor mistakes here and there), and brought in a lot of business, but the manager and tailor made a mistake with our clothing (sending back the same item multiple times without having done any tailoring, and charging us for it) and refused to rectify the error. The manager tried to tell me the item had been tailored, even though it was clear when I put it on that no tailoring had been done! What was most shocking was the utter lack of civility and disregard for neighbors in the community. This was literally only a matter of a $10 reimbursement for work not done and the manager refused, choosing instead to give up valuable business! There are too many other cleaners in the area, including on the same street, to ever go to this one again. I urge other local residents to make the same choice or risk rude, thoughtless service and a complete failure to actually do the job!
