I am so pleased by my experience with Dr Soto... I never thought I would be a person that would even consider plastic surgery. Though after having children, my breasts changed after breast feeding. My friend referred me to Dr Soto and I felt so comfortable after meeting with him, I knew he was perfect for me. The experience was so smooth and easy. I wold refer him to anyone.
