If you want an accountant who, after many years of patronage, tells you that he is too busy to waste his time in calling you, the client, back, then he's your man! If you want an accountant who, after you request his office to send important tax-related documents back to you - and they DON'T - then he's your man! If you want an accountant who will hang up on you, then he's your man! Stay far away. Go to H. & R. Block, go to anyone else. I'm sure that they won't have an attitude and will be more helpful. And hopefully you'll get your important papers back. It's been several weeks now, and I'm still waiting.
