I live very close to the store and have bought several items from there. Though it is overpriced, it isconvenient for me and it has a generally nice array and variety of gifts for babies, new moms, weddings or most special occasions. They used to gift wrap for free (now they charge for it) but on multiple occasions when I've gone in there, that gentleman who manages the store has one excuse after another to not gift wrap items. In addition, he's usually exasperated when you ask even though there is hardly ever more than one customer in the store. I would expect a small gift place like that to be happy to see someone come in more than once, but he has consistently been rude about anything from buying cards or questions about additional items coming in and was annoyed that I didn't want to buy a 7$ gift bag for my 24$ purchase. He was so unpleasant when I came in there a couple weeks ago that I put back my planned purchase and will officially never go in there again.
Pros: Good location, nice presentation
Cons: Rude service, overpriced
