Review content:
This was my first haircut experience in NYC; I was always a little intimidated by the salons here (and especially their prices!). Luba's had gotten wonderful reviews on citysearch, so I decided to try them out. I was not disappointed at all!!! The atmosphere is very relaxed. And Arthur, who cut my hair, gave me probably the best haircut I've ever gotten! He was so friendly, and took as much time as necessary to get my hair just right (which ended up being an hour and a half for a cut and blow dry). And it was very reasonably priced! I will definitely go back to Arthur for my next cut!
