Review content:
I was visiting NY and saw the reviews for this salon. They were all that and more. I am very picky when it comes to my long thick hair. I had my appt with Luba but was late due to traffic. They still fit me in. Luba started on me and then when her next appt showed up she asked if I minded if Arthur finished it. He was her son and she had trained him. I did not - he listened very well and did a GREAT job. My only complaint - they are over 3000 miles from where I live and now I am completely spoiled for our local salons!!
Pros: very good stylist - listen and anticipate well
