First of all, my star rating is for this location, not the product. Absolutely LOVE my Oreck vacuum but not at all happy with the service I have received - actually, the service I have NOT received which is why I'm writing this review. I brought my vacuum in to be serviced and was told that it would take one week. After 6 days I called, and was told it would be another 4 days. I asked if I could come in and pick up a loaner vacuum but was advised that they did not have any available. Well, I called again today, going on 12 days without a vacuum and was told it would not be done for another day or two. The representative did not even apologize for the delay or offer any assistance. I am fuming mad!!! If this is how they treat customers then even though I love their product they have just lost me as a future buyer.
