She does not return phone calls, She does not provide asked for paperwork and information. She expects you to respect her and her employees, but they do not return the request.
She and her employees (joel at douglas trails townhomes, Do NOT LIVE THERE) like to bully their tenants, threaten them, and be completely disrespectful.
They do not support Vets or Military of any kind.
They speak about your private information with other tenants.
They make the quality of living seem fabulous and it is not here. There are 5 pages of police reports from the last year on this place, and nothing is or has changed.
