Review content:
I brought my luggage in to be repaired, said I needed it by Saturday since I was leaving Sunday and today, Saturday, it is closed (I have been calling repeatedly throughout the day, and the store is closed, with no notification). Furthermore, they asked for payment ahead of time. This is irresponsible to customers and unreliable. If one says something will be done, especially when travel deadlines are involved, it should be done. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this whimsical business.
