40 North is one of the best kept secrets in apartment/condo living in Indianapolis.
A short walk to great local businesses like Cafe Patachou, Napolese, and Hubbard&Cravens, 40 North is also a 4 min drive to Butler, a 5 min drive to Broad Ripple, and an 8 min drive downtown. The location is unbeatable!!
Residents also enjoy 40 North's big swimming pool, workout room, underground parking, and nearby tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The historic Meridian-Kessler neighborhood is also perfect for walking, jogging, and bicycling.
We love living at 40 North!
