WOW! Perfect location in idyllic Meridian Kessler neighborhood. A hidden gem, for sure. Convenient to downtown, Broad Ripple, and the interstate. Love the amenities and lifestyle...secure underground parking, fitness room, spacious lobby, FABULOUS POOL w/ tons of chairs! Our unit specifically has beautiful floors, stainless appliances, awesome in-unit laundry, BIG closets for a home of this size, and a nice balcony. Cat & dog friendly....great walkable neighborhood. Very nice neighbors in the building too! I feel very safe & welcome here.
Also our property is managed by a new team, great response time and friendly/helpful staff. Big improvement from past management.
