This place has great atmosphere, & the staff are very friendly, but I was really disappointed in the quality of the service. We had a birthday party here, and we repeatedly had to go and track down the waitress to take drink orders everyone time someone new arrived, then the drinks took forever to get there. I thought they were just really busy until I spotted our waitress hanging out with some of the other staff at the back. I'd also been told when making the reservations that we could make music requests of the bartender, but when we tried to do that we were told that they couldn't because they were busy & short-staffed (which I totally understand, but was a bit disappointed after being told ahead of time that we could). Having said that, I think everyone had a good time & the staff were very friendly - just seemed a bit disorganized with slow & not-very-attentive service. Wouldn't recommend it for a large group or one where people are arriving at different times.
