Review content:
I usually end up in Lunasa when I'm in the East Village, whether for a morning / afternoon soccer game with a few ciders and an Irish breakfast, or at night when the ciders are left aside and the hard liquor is whats required! Whatever the time of the day, this place is a good bet. For the soccer games (or indeed any sport you care to watch) the menu is varied and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I generally lean towards the Irish breakfast, however. Even in NYC where there are a load of places to get a good Irish breakfast, this place stands out - top notch! And at night the tunes are really good and the crowd are always up for a laugh. If ever you find yourself down the East Village, I highly recommend Lunasa whether for food, drinks, or preferably both! Pros: Staff, food, large drink portions, tunes
