I am thrilled! I went to Arrojo for the first time yesterday with my best friend. We are from the Philadelphia area. We both had color and cut (She with Charlene/Krystoph and I with Shannon/Lina). From the moment we walked in the door we were treated cordially and I was very happy at how ""unassuming"" the place was. I was impressed with how efficiently everything was run. I was greeted by my colorist's assistant, who asked if I would like coffee/tea/water. She then escorted me to Lina where I was met by both Lina (cut) and Shannon (color). Lina talked to me about my desired result and Lina and Shannon discussed the color options as well, both Shannon's assistant and Lina's assistant were present at that time. I went back to the color area where Shannon was warm, friendly and fun to chat with! Most folks sat there and read magazines, but I had a better time talking with Shannon! Once the color was finished, I was escorted to the cut area where Lina met me and proceeded to begin working on my cut. She was friendly and softspoken with a sense of humor. She went to work and quickly completed my cut. She is very precise! Yes, you do spend some quality time with the assistants, but the precision cut and color is all the person you have the appt. with. Both myself and my best friend are thrilled!!! I was given a free makeup touch up with Tim - so nice and warm and friendly! I would say the MAJOR things that impressed me -- #1 -NO ATTITUDE, none! Every single person I dealt with was warm, friendly, professional and caring about my experience and a pleasure!! #2 - Exactly what I was paying for....a premuim cut and color, best I have ever had! #3 - Efficiency of the salon - never felt like I had been forgotten! #4 - Went with a friend with TOTALLY different hair (texture, color, etc.) and she was equally as happy! I could not be happier!
Pros: Professional, Warm, Unassuming people doing OUTSTANDING work!
