as a client of charlene and allison, i thought i was devastated when i found out they left. that was nothing to the devastation i felt after vincent cut my hair. i never had a problem relaying my needs in a haircut before so i am going to assume he either didn't understand or didn't care. i ended up looking like a cross between martina navratolova and carol brady. yikes! my husband asked if he used a flow-bee. all i can say is thanks to kim 456 for the tip that allison and charlene are pangea.
