Review content:
I have been bouncing from stylist to stylist for 2 years, trying to find someone to cut my hair into a strong, angled bob. I live half-time in Paris and half-time in PA, so when in the US, I've tried ""all the big names"" in NYC to no avail. I'm no prima donna and I've given each person 3 cuts before giving up and that was my life until Nick. If Nick didn't cut hair, he could be a neuro surgeon - he is THAT precise! My hairs was too short and too layered to expect a miracle, but he corrected 2 years worth of crappy cuts and I felt transformed. This is the first time in years that I've been able to go more than 4 weeks without a cut or trim. I had color done by James and that was just as great. This kind of salon could easily fall into that precious snobbism of pricey NYC salons. Instead, each person you encounter is nicer than the one before. I loved everyone and every service. Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Cuts with Nick are expensive, but the line is so strong, you can really go a while between cuts. It's worth every penny to feel this good about your hair. Pros: Authentically talented, super nice people Cons: Quality comes at a price
