Review content:
If you want a stylist or colorist to pretend to listen carefully to your wishes and then give you results that are NOT EVEN CLOSE to what you discussed, this is DEFINITELY the salon for you. (SARCASM!) Unless you're seeing Nick Arrojo, don't waste your money on this wannabe celebrity salon. Instead, just ask a friend to grab some scissors & hack off random sections of your hair! If it's color you were looking for, I recommend just taking a paintbrush, dipping it in bleach & painting miscellaneous sections of your hair with it - that is a great approximation of what their ""highlights"" look like! Basically, this salon would have to PAY ME to return and even then I'd need to think seriously about whether it's worth it - and in New York, that's really saying something. P.S. pretentious staff! P.P.S. Roxanne is the least professional colorist I've had the misfortune to work with.
Pros: No pros in this place - even their salon ""pros"" are amateurs
Cons: Worst service in NYC, horrible results, unpleasant & unhelpful staff
