Review content:
I've been getting my hair cut there for two years now. I first went because I wanted a change (from long, straight hair to layers with bangs). I've seen Siobahn the entire time and she's just darling. Every time I'm there I get a big hello from everyone (whether they know me or not) and a hug from those who do know me. They offer you tea or water, the head massages are great, and the service is always attentive. Yes, sometimes they get busy and appointments run late, and then an assistant might end up drying your hair, but you will spend the bulk of the time with the stylist you have an appointment with. I also LOVE their complimentary make up touch up (he's fabulous!) and FREE TRIMS ON BANGS !!! This is huge because I don't always keep my hair the same length, but I can get my bangs trimmed whenever I want.
Pros: Staff, Environment, Location, Amenities
Cons: A tad expensive, but definitely outweighed by the Pros.
