I used to love this salon. My husband and I both got our haircuts there. But you know, I HATE when stylists just don't listen. I showed my stylist a picture of the EXACT haircut I wanted. He said it was totally possible...then he went on to DO HIS OWN thing. he cut my hair short and I told him in the beginning I did not want my hair cut short! He is a talented stylist, but now I am STUCK with short hair and there is nothing I can do. I am out over $100 and really unhappy. Its great to be artistic, but not on MY dime!
Pros: talented staff
Cons: they should cater to the customer
