I don't want to ruin the reviews for this place because it seems that many people are happy with their hair results; but I'm not one of them. I called this place in advance and asked if they had a ""stylist"" that knows how to work on curly/almost kinky hair. They matched me up with a stylist that has curly hair as well. I guess they thought it takes one curly haired person to know how to work on another's curl. Not all hair is the same. In fairness, I believe my stylist is good at what she does, but I came out of the studio looking the same way I came in. Total waste of my money. Not for the 3c hair type at all. Lastly, I made an appointment for a specific time, I arrived early and was started on 24 minutes late.
