Businiess name:  Ward Brothers Carpet Care

Review content:
I hired Ward brothers to come clean an apartment I rent out. The carpets were horrible so I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a good job they did. (Gotta say, the guy with the holey jeans and the scruff looked way less than professional and my hopes of anything more than a half effort went right out the window!) So a week later I called and had them come do my house. The carpet's only 18 months old and I've cleaned it myself a few times so I was excited to have it professionally done. I was incredibly disappointed! This guy looked just like the first, hoodlum off the street but the first guy did such a great job. I swear, every new room he went to he said, ""Well, I could get that stain out but it'll cost you another $30."" Are you kidding me? I had one stubborn stain upstairs and one down--he got neither of them up. And there were two spots that are higher traffic that, when I work at it with my rug dr. I can make look a lot better than he did. Oh and don't even get me started on my stairs! I expect when paying $2 per stair for them to shine. Not even close. And like the other comments have said, my carpet is still wet 12 hours later and probably will be all day tomorrow as well. On the whole, I can't decide between 2 and 3 stars. They came out quick. They did the job. I can't say they did it well, but they did it. The stains I was hoping to not have to take care of myself are still there so really, why did I call them in the first place?
