Review content:
Today was the worst experience we ever had in a restaurant. Starting with the front desk person, we felt the ignorance. The service and food both were unexpectedly worst. I mentioned unexpectedly, as we heard some good things about this restaurant in past, and were expecting the same. Before we were finished with soup/appetizer the main course was thrown on the table. There was only one person we felt respect and hospility, and she was the lady who would serve water and clean up the tables. The rice was like a piece of dough. Among the other food we had American Chopsuey, which was like noodles deeped in honey with half a cup of suger on the top of it.!!! So as soon as one of us for in the part tasted a piece of it, 3 of us did not even want to try it. After all this there was a 15% tip added automatically to the bill, and on the credit card bill the tip was asked again, probably a catch for new customers who may have not realized that they have already been charged *15%* tip (for not getting a good service), oh well..!! On our way out, thought of giving a comment to manager about the poor quality food so that it come to his attention, with no intention to ask for a refund. The *manager* yells back that you can not complain about the food afterwords, like I was trying to get my money back or something of that sort.
Pros: The cleaning lady new the hospitality
Cons: worst food, 15% tip for worst service, *manager* who can yell
