I have been going here for about four years and each time the experience gets progressively worse. Today I called for a refill to be called into my pharmacy and the receptionist, Joanne, was so rude with me she hung up on me and finally after threatening a bad review, did what I asked and called the pharmacy. She yelled at me, and when I brought up the fact that their online reviews are terrible she just got more combative. I will not go here ANYMORE. Besides... everyone know Isaacs is just here to push narcotics.. Not much of a secret!
