Review content:
This company is located in Orange Co and told me that, even though I am in San Diego, if I bought their repair service agreement that they would be on call to repair the copier that I bought from them. I've called for 2 weeks now and each time I get told they will call back with a date for repair. Here I am 2 weeks later, no use of the copier and they keep telling me they will call me back. I've heard every excuse from the holidays to the service manager is out. I recommend that you NEVER sign up for a service agreement with this company.
