About 2 months ago I was in Remington Grill and found a long hair in my burger. There was no way it could have been mine (I have black hair and it was blond.) My fiance doesn't like confrontation so I decided to stop eating my burger and leave the restaurant. I decided to give it another try last night. We were greeted by a girl at 8pm and everything was going smooth until for the second time in a row I pulled a brown short hair about the size of a pinkie in my burger. I felt this was enough to say something since it happened 2 times in a row. She asked if everything was ok and I proceeded to tell her no, that I found a hair in my food. She accused me of lying and asked to see the hair. I WAS FLOORED. I could not believe she thought I was lying. She asked to SEE the hair, and I told her I had thrown it on the floor. She then continued with the accusation saying there was no way this could have happened, that it was impossible. In the midst of telling her how offended I was she corrected me on a wrong use of a word, insulting me. DO NOT waste your time with rude, unprofessional customer service and disgusting hairy food!
