BEWARE! Does not stand behind their products & refused a refund on a product defective at purchase.
Purchased a glass bottle, but noticed the glass chipped when we got home. We returned to exchange for a new one, but noticed that many of the others also had this problem, which made them no longer useful for storing liquids.
They would not refund the money and only offered store credit, which makes this a scam in my opinion. A reputable shop would stand behind their products. Unfortunately the purchase was made with cash, otherwise I would have contested the CC charge.
Its a shame, as I would like to support a local shop, but this utter failure of basic customer service makes this impossible. You have been warned.
