My girlfriends and I went to The Powder Room and experienced the worst customer service. The lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. After picking up a top off one of the racks and putting it back in its original place, she made a point to fix the direction of the hanger while giving a dirty look. As we were checking out my girlfriend was looking at jewelry that was set in front of the cash register and the lady grabbed her from the shoulders and pushed her out of the way because she couldn't get behind the counter. She continued to complain to our other friend who was making a purchase, about how she can't stand when people are standing in front of the register. A simple excuse me would have been sufficient. Do not shop at this store.
