I have personally never did business with Doman auto sales and service. I decided to try the Edgebrook busline to get to work downtown. I parked my vehicle under the busway bridge and got on the bus to town. Upon returning to get in my vehicle the owner of the shop ran down the street to stop me and inform me I was not permitted to park there. He said he owned the property which was a distance from the service shop. There were no signs posted that say ""no parking"" and I had no idea. I was very polite and apologized and agreed I would no longer park there. Instead of saying ""ok"" and conversation over this man was screaming at the top of his lungs swearing and letting out his frustrations about people trying to park there on a daily basis. I felt very threatened and scared for my safety even being in my own vehicle in the middle of the road. I said sir ""please don't yell"" ""I wont come back here I promise."" I honestly have never felt so belittled and threatened by a person's words before in my life. I couldn't imagine doing business at this shop. I mean what if you didn't like your service on the vehicle or you had problems. I'm no psychatrist by any means, but this man has some serious anger issues and some psychological problems. All it takes is 5 minutes to buy or construct a no parking sign. I thought he was going to physically hit me and I didn't even yell at him. I couldn't imagine getting into a verbal match with this man. I wouldn't have put it past him to pull out a weapon and go postal! Please stay away, after reading all these reviews and not seeing any good ones about this sales place and service shop and actually meeting this character I would advise anyone I know to proceed with caution or just completely stay away!!! SCARY!!!!! Thank god I didn't have my child in the car.
And for god's sake do not ever park on the side of the street on Edgebrook!
