Review content:
This review is for this specific arby's only. I walked in to find half of the tables needing to be cleaned, dirty floor and a huge puddle of water on the floor. There were only 3 people eating so it wasn't like it was too busy to have time to clean up. There was also a air vent about to fall from the ceiling. There was something wrong with my son's pop and the food was bad. We didn't even eat it. To top it off there were all of the employees including the managers were leaning on the counters talking. I asked the lady about a new sandwich that had just come out and her reply was ""I have no idea"". On the way out I suggested to the people that a child or elderly person might slip on the big puddle of water and only then did they move an inch to clean it up. I love arby's food but not this one ever again.
