Review content:
We rented nearly $1400 worth of wedding reception equipment from this vendor for my daughter's October wedding. Lisa's recommendations were fine, and the event looked lovely. However, our venue unpacked the items and decorated the tables for us, and when the event was over, we returned what they had boxed up.
Turns out one of the tablecloths had what looked like a dry cleaning chemical burn in the center, which there was no way we could have caused since it was covered with a mirror & centerpiece the entire evening. Unfortunately for us, although the Sales & Catering Manager called Lisa directly to confirm that she saw the hole when setting the tables up (just didn't want to upset the bride for something she could work around), Lisa refused to believe her or my friends who also confirmed that the mirrors were covering the location), and charged us $70 to replace the tablecloth. Not only that, Lisa was quite nasty to the Manager, and would not refund even a penny to us. Needless to say, neither our venue or I will EVER recommend Party Rentals by Lisa again. If you do decide to use them, my advice is to open up each and every package upon pickup, to make sure there is nothing wrong with any of it......
