I have never in my 50 years been treating so badly by a store clerk. Some friend of hers was at the counter scratching lottery tickets, while six of us waited in line. When I finally asked if the rest of us could be waited on, she snapped at me. I asked for the manager and she got on the phone, telling the mngr, ""Yeah. There's a really mean lady up here who needs to complain about ME!"" Before I could finish a sentence to the mngr. , the clerk's friend started screaming that I was a liar. The manager did nothing. Happy to get out of that place. I will definitely never go back.
