Review content:
I surveyed many cleaners on the Kent East hill before I chose Roland's for my belt loop repair on a pair of jeans. Not only did they quote me the best price, but they were the only business that would have the garment ready for pickup the next day. When I picked up the pair of jeans, the repair to my belt loop was made in such a way as to make the loop stronger and more durable than before it was damaged. (I hang my truck keys on the loop when I am not driving.) The people at this location are extremely conscientious and customer-centric. As a customer, I could just feel that they had my best interest at heart. That is the level of customer service they provide.
