Businiess name:  Pancake Corral

Review content:
An absolute classic breakfast joint - I've been coming here for most of my lifetime. I've been at countless breakfast nooks and crannies all over the country, and Chace's has absolutely the best pancakes anywhere (especially the blueberry). Whatever you order, you can't go wrong - it's breakfast bliss (leave the Adkins diet at home). While the price is right, and I can appreciate the small Mom & Pop ambiance that has been the root of its charm over the decades, I'm probably one of the few thinking they need to do at least some kind of modest expansion of facility and parking; to rid of the other abandoned structure on the lot for more parking if nothing else. If you live as far as Tacoma or Edmonds, this place is worth the drive. If you're visiting Seattle from out of town, make it a point to stop by here. Pros: food, atmosphere, price Cons: , slightly small, ADA access issues
